- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove (not necessarily)
- 2 tbsp flour (preferably whole grain or gluten free)

Grate the potatoes on a grater (on small holes), pour out excess water, chop the onion, mix all ingredients together and fry thin pancakes in a pan without fat.
