The BuggyGym Association, which promotes a healthy lifestyle every day with mom and young children, has just started a new project - START AIR WITH BUGGYGY! The annual edition of the "Winter is not bad" campaign has been enriched with a topic very important in recent years - air pollution in winter. BuggyGym instructors love people, sport and beautiful nature all year round, that's why they want to spread knowledge about our air pollution, its sources and health effects, as well as show how individual decisions can help improve the situation, beyond regular outdoor training. , and thus - the state of health and comfort of life for ourselves and our loved ones.

The AIR RUN WITH BUGGYGY project covers several cities in Silesia - one of the most problematic areas in Poland when it comes to smog. The main activities are: internet campaign, education in primary schools, training in anti-smog masks and the dissemination of posters and leaflets making parents of young children aware of the importance of taking care of the health of the whole family during smog, how to counteract and become familiar with the new anti-smog act.
The ending of the venture will be an outdoor event throughout Poland - WINTER IS NOT BAD, January 20! In many Polish cities, parents with small children will come together on a walk with elements of BuggyGym training. The walk will end with workshops on smog and a shared rest in a cafe or other friendly place. There will also be many attractions for children and parents - good fun guaranteed :) The event will take place in the following cities: Białystok, Czerwionka-Leszczyny, Cieszyn, Gliwice, Kalisz, Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Siemianowice Śląskie, Świerklaniec, and Tychy.
